Postings Assistant (Accounting Assistant)

 

We are looking for a candidate, who will be able to work in a multinational, fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be task-oriented, highly organized that demonstrates problem solving skills. Team spirit and professional attitude will be also highly appreciated. The role is suitable for professionals, willing to gain experience in Accounting in an International environment.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Processing and posting supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verifying invoice details and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records within the ERP system.
  • Supporting month-end closing activities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and company policies.
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting finance projects as needed.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in an Accounting Assistant, Accounts Payable, or similar accounting role.
  • Experience in processing high volume of invoices is highly desirable.
  • Previous Experience with SAP ERP system is considered an asset.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English language. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
