MASTER DATA ASSISTANT

for Master Data Assistant

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate maintenance of Vendor Master Data according to the Policy.
• Execute all master data operations as per defined timelines.
• Ensure supporting documentation and approval processes are in place
• Provide feedback and data entry  into ERP system
• Assist with external and internal audit inquiries
• Interaction with internal and stakeholders to resolve any vendor data queries

Qualifications

• • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field

• • 0 to 2 years of experience in an accounting function
  • English proficient
  • Computer skills (SAP preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office [Strong Excel skills required]
  • Process oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong willing to develop
  • Effective collaboration
  • Analytical and problem-solving oriented
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize accordingly
