an Internal Audit Assistant

Steelmet Corporate Services provides services to Viohalco Companies aiming to support them and drive best practices across all our business segments. We offer a comprehensive range of corporate services, and we work closely with all Viohalco companies to develop tailored corporate solutions, streamline operations, and offer services that are consistent, reliable, and focused on results.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan, perform and execute onsite and remote audits of industrial companies
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate audit evidence
• Develop formal written reports to communicate audit results to management, making recommendations where appropriate
• Assist with the development of annual audit plan
• Prepare presentations for the Audit Committee

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant field
• Postgraduate studies in Accounting or Finance, or other Certification (e.g. ACCA, CFA, CIA, DipIFR) (completed or in progress)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office
• Valid Driving License
• Willingness to travel frequently by car and any other means both in Greece and abroad
• 2-4 years previous experience on Internal Audit would be an asset
• French or German would be an asset
