We’re looking for a commercial finance leader who thrives at the intersection of numbers, strategy and insights— someone who doesn’t just report on the business but actively shapes its direction.

As our Commercial Finance Business Partner, you’ll be the trusted advisor to regional leadership, turning complex financial data into actionable insight that drives growth, profitability, and smarter decisions across markets and segments.

This is a high-visibility role for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach — someone ready to challenge, influence, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver real commercial impact.

What you’ll do

Drive financial planning and analysis

    • Spearhead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
    • Drive performance analysis across markets, channels, and categories, identifying risks and opportunities before they impact the bottom line.
    • Establish and monitor key financial and operational KPIs to track business performance and accountability.

Be a strategic partner to the business

    • Prepare the monthly and quarterly business performance reviews, challenging inputs and assumptions to ensure a credible, insight-led view of performance.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the regional leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making.
    • Translate commercial strategy into robust financial plans, ensuring alignment between growth objectives and financial performance.

Power commercial decision-making

    • Oversee the capital expenditure (capex) reviews, ensuring investment proposals are rigorously evaluated, aligned with strategic priorities, and deliver the right return.
    • Build the financial narrative behind every major decision, giving commercial leaders the clarity to act with confidence.
    • Challenge assumptions, stress-test plans, and bring a commercial lens to every conversation.
    • Work closely with commercial and operations teams to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
    • Influence senior stakeholders with confidence, turning insight into action.

Qualifications

    • BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management.
    • Preferred: MBA or other advanced business degree.
    • 7–8 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering — ideally in a fast-paced, multi-market environment (FMCG, Retail, Technology).

Required Skills and Abilities

    • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business performance.
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset — equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the detail.
    • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities and a sharp eye for what matters.
    • Growth and digital mindset — able to identify and act on opportunities, and to leverage technology to improve how the business operates and performs.
    • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge at executive level.
    • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • High level of integrity and sound judgment in every decision, consistent with our values, policies, and regulatory obligations.

The Company Offers

    • Opportunities for further development.
    • Competitive remuneration package.
    • Continuous Learning and development.
