Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Transformation & Business Analysis Lead to support the digital transformation and reporting responsibilities of the Procurement Department.

This role will act as a bridge between the Procurement Department and the IT, Finance, SC&L and other business stakeholders, focusing on process optimization, ERP and other IT system enhancements, reporting capabilities, automation initiatives, AI adaptation and procurement-related projects across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong procurement process understanding with solid SAP MM (and FI) knowledge and an IT-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive procurement-related digital transformation initiatives and system improvements
• Act as key user and functional expert for SAP MM (and FI) within the Procurement department
• Analyze procurement processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with IT teams and external partners on system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation projects
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
• Support data quality, master data governance, and reporting accuracy within procurement systems
• Participate in ERP upgrades, platform transitions, and procurement technology implementations
• Gather business requirements from procurement stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
• Support change management and user adoption for new tools and processes
• Monitor compliance timelines, manage audit requests and maintain an organized evidence repository
• Explain procedures clearly to auditors and stakeholders, translating technical details into business terms
• Develop and deliver training on policies, procedures, and control responsibilities
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies related to procurement analytics, AI, and automation

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or ERP-related roles
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM and FI will be considered a plus)
• Good understanding of procurement processes and purchasing operations
• Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
• Fluent in English
