Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management team. You will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform to support business requirements and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules and a solid understanding of ITIL processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations.

  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform scalability and performance.

  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches.

  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.

  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification (preferred).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Scoped Applications and Flow Designer.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or HRSD is a plus.

  • ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
