TEKA systems is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Chalandri.

As a Senior Project Manager , you will lead client-facing SAP implementations and transformation programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong governance, and commercial success across SAP consulting engagements.

What you will need to do:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects (S/4HANA, rollouts, upgrades).
  • Serve as primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
  • Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery against Statements of Work.
  • Manage project financials, margins, and change requests.
  • Lead cross-functional and distributed consulting teams.
  • Establish governance, reporting, and steering committee cadence.
  • Support pre-sales, proposals, and client presentations as needed.

What you need to possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of SAP project management experience within a consulting or system integrator environment.
  • Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC projects for external clients.
  • Experience managing fixed-price and time-and-material engagements.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate and consulting delivery models.

 

What will lead you to success:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • SAP certification or formal SAP training.
  • Experience supporting SAP pre-sales activities.
  • Experience managing global delivery models and distributed teams.
  • Client-facing executive communication and relationship management
  • Commercial and financial management in consulting engagements
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing client priorities
  • Proactive, results-driven, delivery-focused leadership

 Travel

  • Up to 25% based on client needs.
