Product Design Associate

to join the team in Aspropyrgos.

Praksys S.A member of Sidenor Group, is looking for a Product Design Associate, for its premises in Aspropyrgos. With 60 years of industry know-how and expertise Sidenor is the largest steel industry in Greece and constitutes the steel production and trading segment of Viohalco. Sidenor Group is a leading steel producer in Southeastern Europe with 4 production units in Greece, Bulgaria, Northern Macedonia.

As a Product Design Associate you will contribute to designing products, planning production, and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

What you will need to do:

• Perform product design and production planning using specialized software

• Provide customer service by staying on top of customer requests
• Liaise with sales, production, and quality control departments to ensure business best practices
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and relevant problems
• Enter and process production and quality data into databases
• Identify potential areas of product and/or process improvement, recommend and assist with development of solutions

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years prior experience in a sale support role, preferably in B2B environment
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power point)
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• Strong organizational skills
