is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (1 year, Fixed- Term Contract)

to join our team in Pernik

Your Role:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of vacancies according to the company strategic resource plan, ensuring the recruitment process is conducted quickly, professionally, and by applicable legislation
  • Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and advise on sourcing channels, from job boards (e.g. LinkedIn, Employee referrals, and advertising)
  • Organizing the company visit and participating in career fairs and “open days” in university and technical schools, representing STOMANA, and attracting potential candidates
  • Supporting the management of third-party recruitment providers in addition to maintaining a suitable internal database and direct sourcing methods
  • Handle recruitment administration, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining relationships with past and potential candidates
  • Manage the candidate oer process, including background verification, candidate correspondence, and support during the onboarding process

 

Your Profile:

  • At least 1 years of recruitment experience ideally with technical roles; experience in manufacturing environments will be considered an asset
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation method
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (applicant tracking system) will be considered as advantage
  • Experience in Success Factors will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and critical thinking
  • Good knowledge of English language and MS Office
