IT Intern (6-Month Full-Time Paid Internship)

to join the team in Marousi

With more than 60 years of expertise, Sidenor Group is the leading steel producer in Greece and one of the most significant steel manufacturers in Southeastern Europe, operating production facilities in Greece, Bulgaria, and North Macedonia.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT team in Marousi and gain hands-on experience in a modern corporate IT environment.

What you will need to do:

• Provide support to end-users for PC hardware / networking issues and standard software related incidents / known errors / change
• Execute the tasks assigned through the ticketing system to provide the support requested by users
• Administrate Office 365 user and application licenses
• Perform hardware installation and test of new equipment and software products
• Using the available asset management tools to monitor PC/Laptop fleet and ensure the proper operation, functionality.

What you need to possess:

• Graduating level or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Experience in Windows OS 11 / 10 / 7
• Basic Knowledge of Security Best Practices
• Basic understanding of networking LAN (TCP/IP, Routing, DNS)
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills
