Mechanical Maintenance Administrator

to join the team in Almyros-Magnesia

As a Mechanical Maintenance Administrator, you will provide administrative and organizational support to the Mechanical Maintenance department, contributing to the smooth coordination of daily maintenance activities.

What you will need to do:

• Providing administrative support to the Mechanical Maintenance department
• Maintaining and updating maintenance records, documentation and relevant files
• Supporting the planning and coordination of maintenance activities
• Monitoring and following up on maintenance requests and scheduled activities
• Supporting the preparation of reports and departmental records
• Coordinating documentation related to spare parts, materials and maintenance needs
• Communicating with internal departments and external partners when required
• Supporting the department in daily administrative and organizational tasks
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of maintenance-related information

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good command of English
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in an industrial or maintenance environment will be considered an asset
