APS / Quintiq Application Analyst

As an APS / Quintiq Application Analyst, you will support the implementation and ongoing optimization of DELMIA Quintiq. You will ensure stable post–go-live operations, manage data and integrations, and deliver enhancements to keep planning and scheduling efficient and reliable.

Your role:

• Participate in requirements gathering and validate master data extracted by business teams.
• Assist with documentation, mapping, and integration testing between ERP/MES and Quintiq.
• Support user acceptance testing, prepare training materials, and help with data migration.
• Track and test system issues and aid cutover preparation.
• After go-live, provide L2 support by investigating errors and data inconsistencies, and monitor interfaces and system health.
• Manage small-to-medium change requests, maintain planning parameters, and prepare recurring performance reports.
• Collaborate on complex issues with system integrators and support ongoing process improvements.

Your profile:

• 2–5 years of experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) such as Quintiq, OMP, Opcenter APS or Blue Yonder
• Strong understanding of production planning concepts (finite capacity, constraints, shift scheduling, changeovers)
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting
• Experience in ERP/MES environments or manufacturing IT; familiarity with SAP PP/MM, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally within metals or process industries
• Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, flat files, message queues) and tools such as ServiceNow is considered an asset
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather, translate and implement business requirements into system solutions
• Fluency in English and effective communication skills with business stakeholders and external partners
