Senior Marketing Specialist
Brief Role Description:
As part of the Center Management team, the Senior Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Department in driving the digital presence and marketing performance of River West shopping mall (Athens) and Mare West retail park (Corinth). Both properties are part of Noval Property’s portfolio.
Focused on transforming strategy into execution, this role ensures consistent and impactful marketing initiatives, mainly across digital media, in order to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement and drive footfall for both retail assets.
He/ She will be responsible for:
Audience & Market Insights

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of target audiences and customer behavior to tailor messaging, creative content, and media choices for maximum impact.
- Conduct ongoing market monitoring and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and evolving customer preferences.
- Use insights from audience data and market intelligence to guide adjustments and enhance targeting effectiveness.
Digital Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement digital content and media strategies across all owned and paid channels (social media, website, newsletters, paid campaigns).
- Define the optimal digital media mix and manage campaigns to achieve reach, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure media efficiency, relevance and brand consistency.
Content Creation & Coordination

- Brief and collaborate with creative and media agencies for the development of engaging content.
- Organize and assist in video production for social media and promotional content.
- Gather and organize marketing assets for content design and execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration

- Maintain strong relationships with tenants’ marketing teams to gather promotional materials.
- Execute cooperative joint marketing activities with tenants and partners.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports, analyzing KPIs to provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant field. A master’s degree is a minimum requirement for this position.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in Retail Marketing / Advertising Agency / Digital Agency or related field
- Experience in paid media platforms and programmatic advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, is a prerequisite.
- Excellent Communication skills both in Greek and English Language (spoken & written)
- Proficient MS Office User (Word, Excel, Power Point), familiarity with project management and AI tools is considered an asset
- Digital Certificates (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) will be considered an asset
