is seeking a Telecom Design Engineer to join our Dynamic & Growing Team.

As a Telecom Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing telecom cable solutions tailored to customer specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Design telecom cable products (fiber optic and copper) based on customer requirements and applicable standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials.
• Support the sales and tendering teams with technical input during proposal development.
• Liaise with production and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Participate in R&D initiatives to improve product performance and expand the telecom portfolio.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve design-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in telecom cable design or related engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic and copper cable technologies.
• Familiarity with international standards (e.g., IEC, ITU, ISO).
• Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
