ISO MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ENGINEER

This position concerns support related to the development, implementation and maintenance of Hellenic Cables Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14064 in all premises/plants and providing support to other companies withing the group.

Responsibilities:

• Define and document the organisation’s processes/ procedures and update the existing processes/ procedures,
• Monitor the action plan/ status of the findings from internal audits, supplier audits, external audits e.g. from customers and certification bodies, and make sure corrective actions are put in place,
• Support the preparation of the Management Review,
• Analyse the non-conformances/incidents, review the corrective/preventive actions,
• Analyse the complaints and issue complaint reports to the suppliers,
• Support the customer satisfaction surveys implementation, the analysis and monitor the improvement plans,
• Support risks assessments,
• Provide quality assurance/health & safety/environment/risk documentation support to tenders,
• Train the personnel to the Integrated Management System and maintain the training material,
• Prepare and conduct internal audits
• Prepare and conduct 2nd party audits (e.g. to suppliers)

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree combined with a minimum of 5 year experience in Management Systems,
• Experience as Auditor in ISO Management Systems, indicatively in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards and other international standards,
• Experience in ISO 27001 & ISO 22301 is considered a great asset,
• Excellent interpersonal skills are needed, together with a high degree organizational and communication abilities, and comfortable with working in a diverse and multinational team environment,
• Experience in presentations building,
• Availability to travel abroad (on average 20% of total working time)
• Fluency in English language
• Driving licence cat.B is much preferable
