HR GENERALIST

is seeking an HR Generalist to join the Human Resources Department. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company policies and contributing to a positive and engaging workplace.

Moreover, you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, while maintaining Hellenic Cables’ standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Support Learning & Development activities:

• Monitor training participation and maintain accurate records
• Contribute to the implementation of the annual training plan

Support a positive employee experience:

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and effective support
• Contribute to clear and engaging communication of HR policies, processes, and benefits

Enhance employee experience through benefits:

• Act as the key point of contact with external providers to ensure a seamless benefits experience
• Coordinate employee benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution

Drive efficient HR operations and systems:

• Ensure HR documentation and reporting are up to date, well-structured, and reliable
• Support efficient travel expense management, including submissions, approvals, and data accuracy

Support Talent Acquisition activities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR roles (HR Generalist or HR Operations)
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Experience with HRIS systems will be considered an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
