HELLENIC CABLELS S.A.

is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance Team at our state-of-the-art facility in Corinth—one of the most technologically advanced submarine cable production plants globally. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities related to electrical systems and machinery
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules
• Participates in equipment and system analysis and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, cost reduction and reliability improvement
• Manage maintenance records, reporting, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to support production and operational goals
• Comply with the health and safety rules during work, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering (5-year integrated program) 
• Experience in automation systems and PLC programming is considered a strong asset
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferably in industrial field
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and AutoCad
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems/opportunities and drive cost- effective solutions
• Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organization skills to prioritize workload
