is seeking a Contract Manager to join our Dynamic & Growing Project Team.

As a Contract Manager of a construction projects with proven international experience, you will be providing contractual and commercial support skilled to the Project Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Contract management tasks and responsibilities, incl. the drafting and negotiating of subcontracts, variations and claims and assisting with general strategy for contract management;
• Proactive monitoring of contractual rights and obligations under the contract and/or subcontract(s).
• Timely interacting with in-house legal specialists, Insurance, Finance, Compliance and other departments relevant for proper contracting and negotiation.
• Official correspondence with Client and/or Subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• A Master Degree in Law – preferably but not necessarily construction law and/or contracting law or Engineering background with at least 8 years’ experience in contracts and claim management;
• Previous working experience as a contract manager preferably in offshore (wind) construction or similar;
• Excellent Command of English. French language also shall be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Strong Ability To Work In Multi-Disciplinary Teams
