Are you an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in electrical systems? Corinth Pipeworks is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our Maintenance team at the Thisvi Plant in Viotia.
Your Role:
As an Electrical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of electrical maintenance activities across the plant. You will lead the department to ensure the reliability, safety and cost-effective performance of all electrical systems and equipment. You’ll also manage improvement and investment projects, supervise internal and external teams and contribute to plant-wide operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and supervise all activities within the Electrical Maintenance Team.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Implement and manage maintenance systems and improvement projects.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
• Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of all plant electrical equipment.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and failure analysis (RCFA).
• Supervise contractors and internal teams to ensure work quality and safety.
• Design and manage investment projects in electrical engineering.
• Analyze equipment performance and propose improvements for reliability and cost reduction.
• Define departmental goals and conduct regular evaluations of team members.
• Participate in training programs for maintenance and operations personnel.
• Contribute to yearly repair planning and maintenance budgeting.
• Coordinate with other departments on plant shutdowns and capital projects.
• Foster a strong safety culture and promote safe working practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background:
University degree in Electrical Engineering.
Work Experience:
At least 10 years of professional experience in plant electrical maintenance.
Experience in managing teams and contractors.
Job-Specific Skills (technical and soft skills):
Expertise in electrical equipment repairs and system troubleshooting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with contracts and negotiation in maintenance projects.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
High integrity, safety awareness, and results orientation.
Ability to manage workload, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure.
