ASSISTANT FOREMAN

CORINTH PIPEWORKS S.A., in the context of its increasing production needs, is seeking an Assistant Foreman for the Production Departments at the Company’s plant in Thisvi, Viotia.

This position is addressed to candidates who wish to work in a structured industrial production environment, supporting the smooth and safe operation of production lines.

The Role

As an Assistant Foreman, you will report to the Production Supervisor and support the daily operations of the department, contributing to the adherence to procedures, the resolution of technical issues, and the continuous improvement of the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks to ensure the smooth operation of production lines
• Implement and follow Production Department procedures and instructions
• Identify and provide hands-on resolution of technical issues during equipment operation
• Participate in the implementation of the preventive maintenance program
• Manage orders for spare parts and auxiliary materials
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of departmental improvement initiatives and projects
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations during the operation of equipment and machinery

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (Technological Education Institute or equivalent technical field)
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
• Good command of English
• Excellent knowledge of PC applications and MS Office
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to Health & Safety regulations
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Analytical thinking and technical understanding
• Ability to work in rotating shift schedules
