TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Elval Colour established in 1977 is a subsidiary of the ElvalHalcor Group, a leading manufacturer worldwide, in the segments of aluminium and copper. The company manufactures and sells a complete range of products in coated aluminium to meet all building envelope requirements.  We offer a full range of services related to the products we manufacture such as aluminium composite panels, zinc composite panels and pre-painted sheets and coils.

We are looking for a

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

to join our team at Oinofyta and Τhiva Plants, Viotia

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, job description, ad posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
• Execute targeted sourcing market mapping, and proactive outreach
• Support employer-branding and outreach activities for talent attraction
• Manage HRMS to create job requisitions, post jobs, track pipelines and generate reports
• Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs
• Monitor TA KPIs (time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, offer acceptance rate, candidate NPS) and present insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; postgraduate HR studies are a plus
• 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in industrial / manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with HRMS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Employer Branding campaign experience and university/industry partnerships
