Position Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, supervising production personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
• Develop and implement improvements to equipment, workflow, and production systems
• Supervise, and coordinate production team, ensuring tasks are completed according to daily plans and operational priorities
• Design, evaluate, and modify mechanical components or systems to improve production performance
• Prepare technical documentation, process instructions, and equipment specifications
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on production lines and provide immediate technical support
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain) to support operational goals

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering (5 years degree)
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Very good knowledge of English language & MS Office
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and industrial equipment
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
